At my favorite spot, staff kindly helped my elderly parents. Perfect stay with Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Restaurant, Massage, Air conditioning. Ideal for romantic escapes. Everything needed; no pets. Returning always with no regrets. Great memories, great service.

Neat hotel with nice location in Varanasi so close to shopping mall and globus shop, and the restaurant of central residency. Excellent staff with smiles. A wide array of goodies for breakfast.

The hotel did not much flexible. For example, we had to leave in the early morning. And, we could not find any place to buy food supplies near by. Then, we asked the hotel manager to get ONLY 4 pieces of bread at night time to keep for breakfast yhat we missed. The hotel manager said no. If we want , we had to pay. Breakfast is for the morning only. I travel all over the world; no hotel react like this. Some even offer deduct money if we could not have breafast or they offer something light to keep. I have been in many places over the world. This hotel is the worst one. In the same situation, the hotel

The hotel is centrally located, 50 meters from shopping mall (where you can find safe western fastfoods) and 5-10 minutes by autorikshaw from Ganga ghats. The hotel and rooms are very small but well maintained. The staff was helpfull and provided us with extra heater (we were in January and the nights were very cold) as well as solved the problem with hot water immediately (when we arrived it was not available). We spent in Varanasi less than 24 hours so we looked for a place in central location and quite comfortable. The hotel fulfiled our expectations. We additionally booked in the hotel the whole package including airport pickup (both way) and sunrise Ganga boatrip which was well organised and enabled us to see the main attractions in a very limited time.
Lack of hot water for that price upon arrival is not a good impress, however, the staff helped us immediatelly. The driver rented by the hotel was very rude as regarded tips (in the first words upon airport pickup he demanded tip and said that again several times later).

The staff were helpful. They made the guests feel welcome.
The hotel is new and the staff needs some more training. For the price charged some more amenities should be there.

Noise at night. No facilities to eat and travel facilities were poor.

Staff were very friendly and gave me all the necessary information to get around in Varanasi upon check-in. Not only the general direction and major tourist attractions but tips on how to avoid troubles were useful as a female solo traveler.
It was a little far from the River Ganga (About 20 mins on a cycle rickshaw) although I arrived Varanasi very early in the morning when it was still dark so it was good to be close to the railway station.

The hotel was new (open for 7 months) so everything was (still) clean and not (yet) damaged. Very friendly and helpful staff, but a bit unexperienced with European guests. But when we asked for something (for example extra sheets and towels or hot water) they provide it immediately and with a big smile. We used the travel agency services provided by the hotel twice and both times we were satisfied. Location: next to shopping mall and 5 minutes drive from Ganges/main gaht.
Room was small. The location of the shower in the bathroom is not pratical, the complete bathroom floor gets wet when taking a shower. No wifi in the room, but there was free wifi in the lobby. We could not pay with creditcard when checking-out (and had to look for extra cash).

Enjoyed My Short Stay there New Property, Clean Room, Modern Bathroom, Very Comfortable Bed & Very Good Air Conditioning (Silent) , As the name "Central Residency" suggests itself, located in the Center of Varanasi, Safe and just 50 meters from a Shopping Mall JHV, having, McDonald & Domino and Cinema Hall. Did some Shopping for Silk in Mughal District as Varanasi is famous for its Silk (again within 200 meters) Railway Station is just 1 Km away. Friendly but Learning staff ;)
New Property And New Management, Few little glitches in smooth running, But rectified instantly on complain.
